Work offline and synchronize

Prepare work before losing coverage and check uploads when you reconnect.

Before you start

Prepare the data

While online, open planned work orders and checklists and review offline preparation in settings. Check that required content is available before leaving. Not all server information is automatically on the device.

Record and keep local data

Continue work available in the app and watch pending-change indicators. Responses and photos may wait to upload. Do not sign out, clear data or reinstall the app while work is waiting to synchronize.

Check after reconnecting

Open sync status with a stable connection. Review pending operations, checklists and photos and use the available sync action. Check the last synchronization and whether any items still need attention.

Check the result

Required uploads finish and the office can view the updated records.

If something gets in the way

Does an error or conflict keep appearing?

Keep data on the device. Record the work order number, message and pending-item status and contact support. For a conflict, review the proposed resolution before replacing information.
