Complete an equipment checklist
Record the inspection against the right unit and check required fields.

Before you start
- Check the code or serial number on the physical unit. Have the work order and checklist available in the app.
Open the correct unit
In the work order, find the equipment and check its identification and location before opening the checklist. When using QR or NFC scanning, always check the record that opens.
Answer the inspection questions
Complete each question based on the actual inspection. Select options, enter measurements in the indicated units and add observations where needed. Responses save automatically; watch the save indicators.
Review before moving on
Check required fields and requested photos. Return to the equipment list to review progress and move to the next unit. Do not select an answer simply to pass validation.
Check the result
Responses are linked to the inspected unit; work order completion checks for remaining work.
If something gets in the way
Is the checklist still incomplete?
Look for unanswered required questions and pending attachments. If synchronization fails, keep the data in the app and check diagnostics; do not delete responses to retry.
