Add questions and preview a checklist

Choose the right fields and check what the technician will need to complete.

Before you start

Use a new template or a new version if the current template already has responses.

Choose the answer type

Add fields from the palette: text for observations, numbers for measurements, booleans for yes/no or selectors for predefined options. The editor also offers date, media and equipment-data fields.

Write clear questions

Include the unit for measurements and configure selector options. Review the required setting for each field: require only information the team can collect on every applicable visit.

Review the sequence and preview

Arrange questions in inspection order. Open the preview and check labels, options and required fields. Wait for the editor’s save confirmation before leaving.

Check the result

The preview shows an inspection the team can follow from start to finish.

Changing a question already in use?

Create a new version before changing the structure of a template with responses. Changing existing questions can affect historical reports.
