Complete a work order and collect signatures

Review the inspection, collect required signatures and confirm completion.

Before you start

Review checklists, notes, photos and recommendations for all included units.

Review validation

Open Complete and read warnings about unfinished tasks. Return to the indicated units to complete missing responses. Review the available report to check its contents before delivery.

Confirm signatures

Confirm or collect the technician’s signature. For the client signature, enter the signer’s name and ask them to sign in the dedicated field. The client signature is required when configured for the client or location.

Complete and check synchronization

Choose Complete and follow the confirmation shown. Without a connection, completion may remain pending until responses, photos and signatures synchronize. Check synchronization before telling the office everything has arrived.

Check the result

Completion is recorded and, after synchronization, is available to the office for review and delivery.

If something gets in the way

Is the Complete button disabled?

Read validation messages: responses, the technician signature or the client name and signature may be missing. Complete the indicated requirement without deleting recorded work.
