## Before you start

- Use an account with access to the work orders you want to track.

## 1. Choose a view

Use List to find records, Kanban to follow statuses and Calendar or Planning to arrange visits. These views organize the same work in different ways.

## 2. Apply filters

Filter by date, status, client or technician using the view’s available options. If a work order disappears from results, clear filters before assuming it was deleted.

## 3. Open the details

Open the work order to inspect Tasks, Timeline, Documents and Communications. Check task completion and team synchronization before preparing the final report.

## Check the result

You can identify each work order’s next step from its status and details.

## If something gets in the way

### Is the completed work still missing from the office view?

Check whether the technician has pending changes in the app. Work recorded without a connection appears in the office after synchronization.
