## Before you start

- Check the client and location on the work order before selecting equipment.

## 1. Review items

In Details, review products, services and quantities. A line item describes the product or service supplied; a checklist task defines what the team needs to record.

## 2. Prepare tasks

Open Tasks. Use Add checklist and the available selectors to include the required work. Search equipment by code and check each unit. Use Create equipment only if the unit does not already exist.

## 3. Review visit preparation

Check checklist groups and the units included. Review client notes and items to bring in briefing or logistics. If responses already exist, do not remove tasks to resolve a planning question.

## Check the result

The work order contains the units, checklists and materials needed for the visit.

## If something gets in the way

### Are tasks missing or duplicated?

Compare the unit, equipment type and checklist template. Check template associations before adding the same task again.
