# Prepare your day in the mobile app

## Before you start

- Install the official Fieldbase app using the website’s links and sign in with your organization account. Prepare while connected to the internet.

## 1. Review the briefing

Open the daily briefing and review assigned work. Check dates and team members. If a visit is missing, also check the work order list and filters.

## 2. Review each visit

Open the work order and check the client, location, access instructions, equipment and tasks. Review items to bring and prepare the listed materials and tools.

## 3. Prepare for working without a connection

Before leaving, open the work orders and checklists you will use and check offline preparation in settings. Review the permissions requested for features you will use, such as camera and location.

## Check the result

You know where to go, what to do and what to bring; the required work is available in the app.

## If something gets in the way

### Is the list empty?

Check your account, filters and assignment with the office. Refresh while connected before traveling to an area without coverage.
