## Before you start

- Create the work order and register the technicians in your organization first.

## 1. Choose the team

Open the work order and edit its technician assignment. Set the lead technician and add any other team members needed. The person responsible for administration and lead technician have different roles.

## 2. Set the schedule

Choose the visit date and time. The due date is a deadline and does not replace the scheduled visit. For work across several periods, add further appointments using the options in the record.

## 3. Check the planning view

Save and check the visit in Planning or Calendar. Ask the team to check the work order in the app. A notification helps alert them, but the work order record is the reference for assignment and schedule.

## Check the result

The record and planning view show the same team and schedule.

## If something gets in the way

### Can’t the technician find the work order?

Check the assignment, signed-in account and date/status filters in the app. With a connection available, refresh the list and check synchronization.
